President and vice-president of SPIE Student Chapter of the University of Trento: Tatevik Chalyan and Claudio Castellan, took part in the SPIE annual meeting on 6-10 August, San Diego, California, within the SPIE Optics + Photonics 2017 conference. They got the People's Choice prize with an experiment on the Snell’s law.

We congratulate Tatevik Chalyan – the Falling Walls Lab price winner. Tatevik got a grant to participate at the Final Falling Walls conference in Berlin in November, 2017
